Today I will focus on Colossians 3:2,5-6: "Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. Put 2 death whatever belongs 2 your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed, which is idolatry. Because of these, the wrath of God is coming."

--Greed is indeed idolatry! Look what happened to sectors of our economy/corporations that were greedy!--

Week 1, Day 2: From now on, when I see a news story about a victim of crime, or some other misfortune, I'll say a pray for them right then and there.

I want the remainder of my summer to be positive.

I'll focus on Romans 12:2: "Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will."

I started August by not watching negative TV shows and spending that time with my Bible instead.
