Rick Renner Ministries' Sparkling Gems from the Greek: I became interested in learning more about the koine (common) Greek language, with which much of the New Testament was originally written in, thanks to the weekly Bible study led by my Pastor, Dr. Lucius M. Dalton, Senior Pastor of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church.
Learning the meaning behind the Greek words of the New Testament really provides me with a deeper understanding of the Bible.
I recommend the Web site, Renner.org from Rick Renner Ministries. Renner's site offers a Greek word of the week, which Renner refers to as the Sparkling Gem of the Week. Renner also has a book and CD called Daily Sparkling Gems from the Greek, each of which contain his complete collection of lessons about New Testament Greek.
